Interesting. But I have a question and maybe someone could help me. I think that there isn’t an universal time for breathing, or yes? For example if I follow this gif I’m feel a little stressed because it makes me breath more quick than I do. What is your opinion? Everyone has to search their own rhythm? or follow a general rule?
Definitely your own rhythm. Slower and deeper is often better, and having the in and out-breath of the same duration is also better.
