Does being mentally, physically, and spiritually healthy make someone attractive?
Or is it just coincidence that attractive people are healthy.
Going from being a malnourished, low sense of purpose or motivation, becoming heavily obese person. To a thriving life style to become more active, nourished, & happy. You start to glow a radiant glow that will certainly change the energy you put out and receive, in ways as great as you let it be.
The amount of love, appreciation, discipline and gratitude towards mine and others after a few years of purpose in my life, is almost over overwhelmingly great.
I’ve decided people are as attractive as they let their selves be. It’s clear as day when you see a healthy person, and all is takes is some motivation, discipline and new views of your life.
Love you all!.. Comments on the subject?
Bonking healthier people tends to result in healthier offspring.
Of course healthy is attractive, we’re hardwired to seek out healthy receptacles/donors, imagine what our species would have been if it wasn’t for this fact, absolutely grotesque and probably extinct.
“I’ve decided people are as attractive as they let their selves be. It’s clear as day when you see a healthy person, and all is takes is some motivation, discipline and new views of your life.” – @mztt
Those are words of great wisdom.
The world is a feedback system. Do things right and great things come your way, it’s just a simple appropriate reward.
@mztt, as you rightly mentioned, health comes in many forms. I know people in great physical health, who have serious mental health issues and vice-versa. For me personally, a healthy mind, body and soul needs to be in synergy and be balanced for a person to be really attractive! It shows a multitude of qualities in a person when they have committed themselves to being healthier in every single one of these areas..
@manimal, I guess with that outlook, it just makes sense why we’re attracted to ‘healthier’ people. Thank you!
@godslight, Moderation, is the key, Harjot. I completely agree with you. which is why when I consider health/wellness. I think of it from a physical, nutritional, spiritual aspect. Lacking any of the 3 may even set imbalances in daily life styles I guess.
Longer you live without noticing these problems, the harder it is to change whats been implemented into your believe system. “Old dogs never change” kinda deal. So trying to obtain a healthy life with lots of moderation and new experiences early. Could set you up for a very clear, conscious mind i for a life time presume.
Or non of it matters and I’ll be just as stubborn and in my own world as my dad is. haha
A healthy mind is seen through the whole body, in many ways. Subconsciously, physically, consciously.
Attraction has a major portion rooted in connection to what the other is thinking, feeling.
A healthy mind manifests itself in bodily appearance, as does a healthy body often manifest in a healthy mind.
i cannot completely agree with you. there’s an exception to your theory, which is ‘movie stars’. obviously we’re all attracted to them and love them. i need not explain the kind of adulation they receive. similarly i need not explain how the movie stars we love and get attracted to are a real mess.
@mztt, A lot of attraction, I think, is acceptance. If you accept yourself for who you are, then within the positive energy you give off about yourself, to yourself, makes others accept you.
It kind of goes into the spiritual as many people already said that there’s a connection, If you can intensify your connection, you will attract more people, and more of the kinds of people you want to attract. It’s like this,
“If one does what God does enough times, he becomes as God is. If you put it together, you get what you wanted. What you desired, if you do it enough times. He believes, you become one who is wanted, and desired and accepted, because God has Power. And if one does what God does enough times, one will become as God is.”
No doubt if you’re a low-life, obese slob, you’re probably only going to attract just that. Or, you could become a source of everything positive, healthy, and organized, and attract a whole room to your presence…
Healthy people are for sure more attractive. They have more vibrancy and energy about them. You can just tell by the vibe a person gives off and that’s really attractive.
@manimal, If the ass is smelly then you tell the girl to clean her ass then you go to the other girl and rid her of her pajamas and steal the kama sutra from her. When the 10 gets out of the shower you leave the pjs on the counter so she has something to wear. While she was in the shower you read up on the Kama sutra and learned a few new positions which this 10 will now get the pleasure of enjoying. Now you’ve got a clean 10 with silk pj’s and your knowledgable in the Kama sutra. The only flaw to this plan was that I had to kill the 6 in order to strip her of her clothes, book, and dignity and I ended up going to jail shortly after I blew my load on the 10’s now clean perfect ass. Was worth it though.
There is probably a BIG connection with diet/physical health and ‘exterior’ appearances. Oils and dirt causing acne, high sugar diets causing obesity.. Having a bad mentality, such as being depressed, is likely to lead to the former two.
We all know inner beauty is all that matters though, and that is up to nobody but yourself.
