Today I got a job as a telephone interviewer, where I basically have to phone up numbers for our clients and get those people to answer questionnaires.
How can I be a more convincing person so that they don’t just shut the phone in my face?
I had this job for over a year and a half. You don’t have to believe anything. Although most of these interviews are used for good purposes it can get very boring. Really, just smile when you talk, and it shows on the other end. Speak slowly, and confidently, because you will be on the phone with many different kinds of people. If you can get the old people, you should be fine.
If its a quick interview, and they answer the first question say, “Alright, well in that case I just have a few more quick questions for you if that’s alright”
