I wanted to know whether I can visualize the things which I want when I’m out for a jog. I find that when I jog instead of thinking random thoughts using the law of attraction during jogging will be more useful. Let me know your thoughts on this.
You can use it whenever you like. The more the merrier really.
Trying saying goals out loud (not while jogging lol) and putting posters around your room with your goals on them. Sounds simple but it really works. That’s Law of Attraction 101.
Thanks for the reply guys. I asked this question because http://www.highexistence.com/law-of-attraction/ it was mentioned that we should be relaxed when we are visualising. During jogging since our body is in motion, so was wondering whether I was doing the right thing. I actually feel pretty good visualising during jogging. So I might as well continue it. Thanks
