Ill just start by using the best quote to describe life…
“Wherever life takes you, leave the place shaking, disrupted and trying to imagine what it was like before you came. Be a force for change. For pondering. And re-pondering. For love and the belief in the good of people. Go forth and be a force of the awesome. Do epic, terrifying, unheard of shit. Whatever makes you happy. And drugs. And other “bad” things. And fall in love. If nothing else, fall in love.” @jordan
“If you love life, don’t waste time, for time us what life is made up of.” – Bruce Lee
“I want to feel the caress of the wind on my cheek and a lovers warmth as we snuggle beneath the covers. I want to hear the birdsong and the rustling of leaves on the trees. I want to see the day turn to night as the storm clouds cover the horizon and the night turn to day as lighting cleaves the air and thunder rattles my bones. I want to feel emotions so powerful that it leaves me breathless and see things so beautiful that my knees tremble and words fail me. I want to bask in the endless possibilities of life and hold love in my heart and soul until it feels it will burst from sheer ecstasy. I want to LIVE.”
I started a discussion about the “Meaning of life” or my interpretation of it, hoping people would also add their interpretations and opinions as as well, but that thread got sweept under the rug. So since it’s relevant I’ll go ahead and link it here and consider that my contribution to this discussion =D
Some embrace the world and explore its wonders, others turn their gaze inward, some even a little of both but all these can be equally fulfilling to the intrepid pioneer who dares traverse such lanscapes.
and now this is the morning, birds sing and the soft sun warms me as i sit in the freshness of my springtime garden and drink tea. the day is laden with possibilities … i sit and reflect in gratitude for another day to be ALIVE!
“So many people live within unhappy circumstances and yet will not take the initiative to change their situation because they are conditioned to a life of security, conformity, and conservatism, all of which may appear to give one peace of mind, but in reality nothing is more dangerous to the adventurous spirit within a man than a secure future. The very basic core of a man’s living spirit is his passion for adventure. The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.”— Chris McCandless
