I myself think that our mind is way to bigger that can no have a size nor a potential limit if you close your eyes and imagine the planet earth, then the whole system and next the galaxy and after the universe and so on in you could put all that in your mind then how big is your mind and how long can it go a example of a never ending with a speed of light is a black whole is just there you see it through it’s to far but your there but also you keep going which it gives it and endless how your mind thinks something that it is understood but you just don’t get it because you’re thinking more about my shoes or you’re shoes but once you start thinking outside the box and understand everything so clear that can’t be put into words but you see it in your mind like a massive explosion with in a life knowledge which that life represent the existence and beyond of nonexistence. My mind can never stop thinking and can hardly sleep because I start understanding everything it deals so full of knowledge that can impossible be transmitted nor seen in a one person life time. The speed light and endless view it here, then and now but it’s just happening and will never stop nor fade.
@rangelmen1, The mind is larger than the universe as the universe is only as large as our reach and our reach is dismal. However ever corner and recess of the mind can be toured with discipline, technique or courage and as you said, we have aparently endless worlds and wonders to manifest in the inner-space.
There’s a limit to the human mind imagination otherwise you will be able to conceive the unconceivable. Wrap your mind around the size of our sun, more than 1 million earths can fit inside it, Now attempt to conceive VY Canoris Majoris, A star that can host quadrillions of earths and can fit 7 billion suns inside it. It’s impossible to begin to conceive it.
We don’t truly imagine or conceive the size of the universe. We just think of what a galaxy look like (Usually spiral disk) and add a rain of other galaxies and call it seeing the universe. We can’t even fathom the distance of 1 light year, but we can fathom a distance of a billion light years?
There’s a limit somewhere.
@grandkintaro777, Are our imaginations not boundless? The “inconceivable” which you speak may only be a fleeting phenomenon which we finally catch up to upon our death.
Now, what I just said was rather audacious, and may be completely false. However, it was the first thing that came to my mind, and it actually provides a rather interesting theory to mull over.
You can create any setting in your mind or go anywhere, you’re boundless in that concept, but conceiving something that’s unfathomable in size is something different. I believe there’s limits to what we can fathom concerning size, power, temperature and speed in the universe. Maybe if you actually experience moving at the speed of light you can maybe fathom how fast you’re actually going or survive long enough to conceptualize how hot a billion degrees actually is. There’s things in this universe that we can’t possibly comprehend that’s why we become awestruck of the beauty of it.
At some level there’s actual limits to the human mind and it’s imagination.
Concerning the spiritual maybe the rules change.
Anything that can be put through your mind is real such anything it goes in your mind is real there’s no limit you can see and live the speed of light look to the sun it might take you years, months, weeks, days but once you look at it is there the speed of light is something times those things that catch the corner of your eyes before you actually see it or can’t not have an explanation of what the corner of your eyes. If you think about it humanity don’t want to think beyond that they don’t believe it exist if they don’t give it a name, defenition, and a limit. Which mind don’t have if you use your example of how it can have limit because you’re are trying to make a size but yet no one has found that size nor limit such as when you ask “why?”. The view of the perspective is not from a mass is from a line lets put a example using yours if you put as many earths can feet in our sun then and how a sun can give space to trillions of starts from which perspective are you looking for the ones that fit in the sun or the ones who endless grow everytime the sun will never fit every single star sun, earth and a star do have limits because they have a mass your mind doesn’t have a mass which it makes impossible of a shape all shape got mass and limits it’s like trying to find that border to the black background color of the space lets suppose that 1 day humanity finds and end or a border but then “why?” Is there a border is something else at the other side of the border what shape color it’s to the other side of the border mind doesn’t has that because of the fact it doesn’t has a shape, color, nor mass. You do actually live a a speed of light everywhere you look around is the speed of life which it makes that every specify moment of time you have live in past because as you live it has already happened you just don’t look at it from the other perspective. If the humanity ever travels in flesh the speed of light then will never be able to return because if you do by the time humanity comes back trillions and billions of years would just past which will make it the future even tho if humanity who traveled doesn’t see that difference but how will humanity reach the speed of light if it never has a border or a stop? That’s what lives you floating around asking yourself “why?” Mind doesn’t have a limit space doesn’t have a limit anything you put in your mind could ever have a limit but have you ever ask yourself from which view are you looking at it? And what’s there in that other side? It’s like finding a right number for the solution of π pi. You’re eyes are stupid because they’re easy to fool but your mind will never be because you will never have a view of it. That’s when you get knowledge. Curiosity will just lead you to a shape, color, ir mass. Knowledge is just there and will never hace a limit, shape, color, or mass. Mind doesn’t has a limit.
To be quite frank with you and not to sugar coat anything, your writing was terrible. I tried to understand you, but I couldn’t. Maybe what you were stating was clear in your head, but when trying to translate your information to me, I didn’t understand or get the message.
But my main theme is, we are limited to what we know until we become aware.
