Mostly paradoxical time travel movies; Primer, 12 Monkeys, The Butterfly Effect, Source Code.

Or you could go with mystery/thrillers if you want that kind of cerebral; Sinister, Silence of the Lambs, Frailty, Identity.

More philosophical movies are; Instinct, Hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy, Men who stare at Goats.
