      haha true, but he explains that it’s not really meditation in the truest sense of the term, (because you’re thinking the whole time) but more of a 6-part “hack.” Because he’s a computer engineer, I forgive him for his terminology (and ask that he forgives me too) lol

        lol even I still would call this a form of meditation though!

        I did this and a thirty minute Brain Ev session and felt great for my 4th consecutive day and 5 mins out in nature for a whopping 55 mins!

    Another name for what I do already. This is what I call my Imagination Station. I’ve been doing this for 2 years now. It really is a mind hack for growth. I can honestly say I had a lot of ‘mental viruses’ before I started this technique. Just like any form of meditation coupled with practice the results are amazing. I do this technique first then drop into a ‘no-mind’ state of being immediately because I’ve already hashed out the necessary thoughts. Very little or no distracting thoughts pop up after doing it this way for myself.

    I like this but yeah this is something that I’ve seen many times before. I feel like the thing that I am lacking is the consistency in meditation. It’s something I do maybe once a year when I am about to hit rock bottom.

      once you make it a belief of yours, that meditation is the single best thing that you can do for your well being on a daily basis, then start to implementing that belief in your daily life. The beginning is not easy but with resilience and will power, meditation becomes a way of life in a sense – start in the morning make it the first thing you do after you drink pee and drink a glass of water – start small on work your way uP!
