I’m one of the 4 creators of this web app. Let me know what you think in the comments! Thanks
I enjoyed answering the questions but didn’t find the mapping itself to be all that useful. I’m guessing it will become more interesting as more people answer questions?
From a UI/UX perspective, I have a couple of suggestions:
– Consider moving the legend to the left or right side of the map so people can understand it without scrolling. I initially left the page bc I thought there was no explanation of the map.
– Make it clear if there is a difference between moving the slider to say half way between ‘Not At All’ and ‘Somewhat’ or 2/3’s of the way. ‘Somewhat’ is bolded as soon as I move the slider to the right of the default position, which makes it seem like there are only 3 real positions on the slider.
Hey, thanks so much for the feedback! I feel honored to get a reply from the creator of High Existence himself! I’m going to think about how to implement those 2 suggestions.
And yes, the idea is that when many people have answered the questions we will start to see strong correlations between particular beliefs if they happen to be related (like perhaps environmentalism and vegetarianism).
