I’m sure it’ll have an effect if you eat/sleep right and give it a 110% at the gym. You’ll have to switch up your routine after 6-8 weeks if you want to keep making optimal progress though.

Yeah, this method is for those who’ve lost most of their excess weight and are ready to put on size. Should’ve specified. This is actually the first article I’ve written, so thank you for the criticism.
Also, just because you focus on one muscle group a day doesn’t mean you can’t hit compound exercises. It’s actually best to start with one when using this method. The point of labeling a day “Shoulder day” is to focus on that muscle, not isolate it during your whole routine.

You’re welcome man. It truly is an art. That’s why I use the mirror instead of a scale as my progress meter. Good luck with your efforts.
