    Thanks for this post! Would it be cheesy if one of my top three moments was reading all these comments about some of the simple things? Lovin this idea.

    1. Both me and my one of my best friends are learning new tricks on a skateboard, pretty fast lately so it felt twice as good when we watched each other back to back land a kickflip 50-50 (me) and a nollie heelflip 50-50 (me). Worth youtubing the tricks if you are unfamiliar with skateboarding :)
    2. Sat down with some new friends in ten person nature smoke, always nice when a group of new friends pulls out bowls grinders and jars full of sticky stuff.
    3. Tripping shrooms a few days ago during/after a snow storm while the powers out a few days. Ended up spending most of my time obsessed with building bigger and steeper snowboard jumps and spinning fire poi to stay warm haha.

    I do a very similar meditation to the walking one, except while im running. It helps me get in to the run and keeps negative thoughts about stopping far far away.
    It started with me discovering that I could quite my mind while running easily by moving my eyes fairly rapidly from one thing to another while trying to pick out shapes, patterns, or even just colors as the scenery unfolds around me. Now, however, I do this strange thing (its like my eyes glaze over and i “back up” into my skull) where I can easily observe my surroundings and meditate while running.
