i got myself so worked up over not only the news, but conspiracies with the media and government. it was all i would read about all day. i could not get enough information! you could find me at all hours of the day (even at work!) sucked into a computer screen. i started to feel this nagging fear sitting on my shoulder, i found myself running through the empty house like a ghost was gonna get me like i often did as a child. even my health started to deteriorate. my boyfriend suggested maybe i should stop reading the websites, but i laughed it off. finally one day i just did. i was sick of it. even if the conspiracists were right, why focus on the negative? i stopped my news/alternative news addiction cold turkey and i have never felt better. i realized all of it is designed to keep us in a state of constant fear and dependence. now, at work, i browse this website, and avoid the computer altogether when i’m not at work. best decision of my life.

this was on the card handed out a good friend of mine’s funeral. i think we should celebrate death. is is selfish of us as humans for mourn, simply because we can’t experience this soul physically anymore, while they are able to finally experience THE ALL OF EVERYTHING! that is cause for celebration in my opinion.
