Life Philosophy

Pinecones and hugs. A wind to blow through the nose of our great and beloved armadillo. What if what if? Maybe so, but I don’t know. Without reason we all talk grammarmalade.

The state of the world today is our fault. We are nature at work. It’s nature’s fault. Nature is the big bang at work. It’s all the fault of the big bang.
Wouldn’t you rather be than?

Life might be a preparation for the transition to another dimension. Or, you know, the burp of a cosmic monkey. Does the world make sense so we can understand it, or do we make the world make sense so we could make sense of it? In other words, why should the universe be logical just because we are?

My life philosophy? It keeps changing with nearly every passing thought. I’d say “do no harm”, but I use money, and that directly affects people on the other side of the world in a horrible, horrible way. I eat meat. I drink Coca-Cola. I use electricity.
I’d say “we’re alive in order to become enlightened”, but seriously – really? We exist so we can get to a point where we don’t exist?
I don’t know. I suppose I’m just a person in a nihilistic world, trying to make meaning out of anything and everything. I think we all are. But that doesn’t make it true.

I am...

you in a different body. I am you with a different past. We’re all the same “I”… and all I can see is the all-seeing eye.

“If you feel like you’re lost, you’re probably on the right track.”

“Hell is the false assumption that you are not currently in Heaven.”

“Don’t be afraid of yourself.”

“Consciousness cannot evolve unconsciously.” -Gurdjieff

“Let us live so that when we come to die even the undertaker will be sorry.” -Mark Twain

“All of experience is a drug experience. We’re all on drugs, all the time. That’s largely because we’re made of drugs.” -Dennis McKenna

“Life is a mystery to be solved. It’s a conundrum. It’s more than it appears to be. There are doors. There are locks and keys.” -Terence McKenna

“The third eye is not in the forehead, but rather in the perception.”

“I am Batman.” -Batman

I try to read a little bit of a physical book every day (plus the stuff for school, plus the stuff on the Internet). As with the films, if you’d like to discuss something, just ctrl+f and message me if I have/haven’t read it. There hardly is a point to these kinds of lists otherwise, except maybe to brag.

From latest to least recent:
– On the Genealogy of Morals by Friedrich Nietzsche
– The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
– The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho
– Dharma Bums by Jack Kerouac
– 1984 by George Orwell
– Factotum by Charles Bukowski
– DMT: the Spirit Molecule by Rick Strassman
– The Invisible Landscape by Terence McKenna
– True Hallucinations by Terence McKenna
– Food of the Gods by Terence McKenna
– TiHKAL by Alexander Shulgin
– PiHKAL by Alexander Shulgin
– Crime & Punishment by Fyodor Dostoyevski
– A bunch of stuff (mostly fantasy) by Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman, Lloyd Alexander, J.K. Rowling, Ursula K. Le Guin, Tomi Kontio, J.R.R. Tolkien and Bram Stoker. I read tens of books as a kid, thankfully. I also read probably hundreds of comic-issues and -books combined.

Shpongle, Ott, Entheogenic, Space Buddha, Shulman, Sydän, Sydän… anything, really. Electronic is my favorite. Thanks to my musical background, I rather enjoy progressive music (Tool and such). I also play and sing (but who doesn’t nowadays…).

Film & TV

I’ve started watching a LOT of documentaries. If there’s any movie you’d like to discuss, just ctrl+f and message me about it if I have or haven’t seen it. I don’t really know what the point of these kinds of lists is otherwise.
