You just summarised everything I wanted to say.
To OP: Take a break to get yourself to baseline. Make the best baseline you can have, meditate every day, do tons of yoga/hiking/walking. Don’t do any drugs or ‘give in to feel good’ behaviour for a month. Set yourself 3 important goals that month and go for it.
The fundamental problem to using too much drugs at once is that you’re getting too many insights. And since you don’t have the time to integrate them you can’t embody them, therefore they are fleeting. Sometimes you get opposed viewpoints, and you end up with confusion.
