Everyone has said to let all your emotions out. I completely agree with them. I am here to suggest how to do it. Yes there are common remedies like take a vacation and listen songs and paint but these are remedies to the symptoms. A doctor heals the cause of the disease and not the symptoms. I recommend you MEDITATE. You said you feel cursed to have that rhapsody. Meditation will not allow your mind to produce those emotions in the first place. It has a steep learning curve in the beginning but its breeze once you got the knack of it. I am not saying you quit painting or another creative activities..but i’m suggesting you welcome meditation along them…the results will be evident..
