Yes :) I’ve had to remind myself to find stillness in yoga, rather than being focused on the next move I can pull off. I get overly excited, haha! Strength training and engaging each muscle group is reteaching me the ways in which my body moves too. Turns out I can’t run without aggravating my previously herniated disc, so taking pleasure in slowing the pace and walking will do for now.
