Try HIIT (High intensity interval training). If you’re new to interval training, I’d suggest you look up beginner HIIT on a website such as bodybuilding.com

Just be careful about the way you go about losing the weight-if you take on HIIT or any other intense training while drastically cutting calories, carbs, etc, you’re going to run the risk of being nutritionally deficient.

Also, you could try a short “cutting” diet (can be found on either simplyshredded.com or bodybuilding.com)
