I really like the idea of the fractal theory, but I think we as humans see meaning where there is meant to be none. Sure we have pupils, sure the universe absorbs light much in the way that our pupils do, and refracts it as well. But the pupil and black holes act very differently. Whereas our pupil acts as a sort of gateway into out eyes and the vision centre of a brain, a black hole absorbs ALL light. Basically I’m trying to say that pupils don’t absorb all light and an example of this is when you can sometimes see your own reflection in someone’s eyes.
