I started with this ‘challenge’ approximately 1,5 week ago. First of all, I started to decrease my overall shower temperature, which is a couple degrees lower than it used to be before. Then I end my showers (1 or 2 minutes) with a cold shower. Not icecold yet, but cold enough to make my breathing go a lot faster. I am not planning (yet) on making my whole showertime a cold one, since I prefer to wash my self in a warmer temperature, but I definitely week fresher and more awake every morning. As long as I end my shower cold, I think it does not matter so much whether I begin warmer.
