Flax seed is a good idea, I’m gonna throw that in my next one.
Some of my favorite healthy stuff to eat:
Hummus with broccoli, carrots, or cauliflower.
Garlic cauliflower baked in the oven(shake it up in a bag with oil first.)
Shrimp mixed up with mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes, all cooked. Sometimes also with green beans or black beans.
