Supplements suck ass. If you want vitamins just get a bunch of fruit, seaweed, spinach, broccoli n apple cider vinegar. Meat is pretty much out of the question when detoxin but when youre not purgin meat n eggs is a good source of everything. Nuts n seeds are super too but dont eat too much of these cuz they fuck with your fatty acid ratios.

Food is cheap. Dont worry. An since your cleansin you wont be eatin that much anyway. Keep every meal small n simple. Just a fruit or veggie or two. Oranges n pineapples are great choices n theyr not expensive. You dont have to buy these organic cuz they have thick layers of protection (tho organic has more nutrition.) A pineapple is a pretty good breakfast and it costs like a dollar or something. Remember that these things are huge and very filling. Thats cheap. Its got enough sugar to keep your energy up for a while n its got some awsom micronutrients.

When your not cleansing you should focus on fat n protein. Eggs are the #1 food n theyre very cheap.
