What you can also do is take anything with tryptophan in your house, and then all the sleep meds you have, anything – melatonin, prescription, over the counter.

The trick is it needs to be mixed with calcium. Where can you get a lot of calcium carbonate?

Cement.

Take your tryptophan stuff (you can buy it at a health food store) and the sleep meds. Get a small bag of quick-crete and a bucket. Mix all the sleep meds and just enough cement to cover them. Mix in water, stir vigorously. Let sit for 15 minutes.

Take the chunk of cement and throw it in the trash. now go meditate.
