Pretty much what everyone else said. It’s too much for our brains to run at this level of activity constantly, so we need to take a break and lower it by sleeping. If you can do this consciously threw meditating though, great. I think you would have to dedicate a large amount of your time to this though. It’s not impossible, just hella fucking hard. Monks meditate every day for hours. They even go on retreats months at a time where they do nothing but meditate. It fits their lifestyle. Our lifestyles are more complicated than that though.
