Well i know very little of the rules and regulations so it would be greatly appreciated if either of you could give me the basic and most needed to know. Also what is a good way to start? Like a workout routine? Or go straight to climbing? (i am in good shape but i would like to know if there is a great workout for climbing). Any info will help thanks.
