Practice meditation and mindfulness and stay in the present. It helped me in this area so much! It’s like, when i’m fully present and not distracted by the past or the future I can’t help but feel happy. You can spend your life seeing everything as pointless or you can spend your life seeing everything as an experience to enjoy, either way you’ll be doing the same things so it’s your choice!
