A better system of government without hierarchy.

<p style=”line-height: 21.7px;”> I hate the idea of a hierarchy government and monetary system and being a slave to this debt economy with laws that are so easy to break that doesn’t adversely effect anybody other than yourself and only allows for police to gain revenue from those easily broken laws.

<p style=”line-height: 21.7px;”>    What I aim to do, is to replace this rigged government and sham of an economy and replace it with a libertarian consensus democracy with a gift economy. Replacing money, there would be guilds which make necessities for its community of other guilds, and and earn specialized benefits from the guild which they are in. For example: A automobile guild builds cars for its people, and people who work in he automobile guild gets a fancy cool car of their fancy as their own specific unique reward. A farming guild will produce food for its people, and their special benefits farmers earn are ties with cooking and natural medicine. One goal in mind: Helping everyone establish a sense of equal-ness while also satisfying personal wants and utilizing the abundance of people in the country to contribute to others so they may receive back, theoretically getting rid of the higher class, middle class, and lower class hierarchy. here is still law without authority, as there would be police guilds which only serve the purpose of protecting the community from danger and arresting those who are doing harm to anyone or anything.  National defence guild will serve the purpose of protecting the country from invasions. It would probably be best to become an isolationist country for awhile while this is ongoing during the change.
<p style=”line-height: 21.7px;”>    Education would be slightly different, keeping the idea of elementary to highschool, then the student would be able to choose which guild they feel they would enjoy being in, after being fully aware of the specialized benefits of guilds which peak their interests. Egalitarianism would be taught in the schools as well, which should theoretically lower bullying, grow maturity, while also seeing the benefits of working together rather than working through racism and segregation of any kind.  Kids as they grow, will see what they like to do, and will be able to be what ever they wish to be since joining guilds would be free. Because they are choosing what they like to do, they will work better at doing so because they feel it is natural to them, thus creating a happy worker with quality skills and unique skills while also seeing themselves just as useful as everyone else.
<p style=”line-height: 21.7px;”>    This system would be very hard to corrupt, as the consensus government must take into consideration of a large amount of people through polls which are frequently vouched for. People could bring up an idea easily, if they seem it can benefit without adversely effecting anyone, while also being fair, people could vouch for that idea and then the consensus government which is made up of those polls (NOT REPRESENTATIVES) deems it benefits the country as a whole rather than a majority or minority. Buffs and debuffs can be made to adjust certain jobs/ideas to ensure things don’t become “over powered” that would adversely effect the people negatively.  For example: Someone wishes for marijuana to become legalized when it is illegal, they would make a pole about why marijuana should be legalized, the benefits and the adverse effects, if people deemed marijuana was more helpful for the whole population than it was adverse with evidence to back up the claim, people would vouch for it and if it has a large uproar, the government would simply allow marijuana to be legal, and if people it can be adverse due to certain circumstances, they can debuff the law to make exceptions to where if people use marijuana adversely, they could be prosecuted. To make sure the government cannot be corrupted, people who are in the government must be in a guild and also will have to be able to pass morality tests which could only be failed by people who aim to be in the government for selfish desires.
<p style=”line-height: 21.7px;”>I am 17 and am a junior in highschool, considered to be sitting in the middle-class, and I only wish to build a system which is better for the people, not better for just the upper class.
