I without fail now can watch a movie , normally on my phone or tablet in bed in darkness with a good set of headphones on . When the movie is finished i normally just roll over and go to sleep and for the last 10-15 times if done this or since ive started doing this i can gaurantee that night im going to be reliving that movie whether im watching it, playing a part in it, or just feeling it again works everytime , last few days i was first in the avatar movie , then the underworld movies which in a mo im going to watch the last 20 mins of the second 1 lol first night was a nightmare but i quite enjoyed playing part as a vampire in last nights dream COULD IT BE THE HEADPHONES WHO NEEDS A BIG SCREEN FOR A MOVIE PUT A GOOD SET OF HEADPHONES ON AND ITS GOT YOU FROM START TO FINISH ……. Never tryed a chick flick tho lol anyone else experienced this ???????

the recall dreams are in no way a result of how you watch the movie, what kind of headphones you use, or watching it in dark. Dreams often recall the things you did in the day, and the fact that you are watching these movies right before bed is probably the main reason you are recalling them in your dreams. This is why when I lay down into bed, I like to think about the most important parts of my day, because my subconscious will then take ahold of those things and re-create them in my dreams.

@yoinkie, I do this very much. The only thing is, I have a lot of trouble getting to sleep sometimes if what I have been thinking about and doing throughout the day is kind serious or thought provoking. I can end up being awake in bed for like 2 hours trying to sort out my thoughts, only to just get deeper and deeper into them. Sometimes it is nice, but depending on the subject it can take darker turns that leave me frustrated and eager to just sleep.
