Method of Control – Papadosio
This whole album (To End the Illusion of Separation) is a journey in separation from the ego. It’s amazing and sonic bliss at some points. This one really gets me going, and also has a strong message.
Listen up and add freely, people.
At the end of the Eddie and the Cruisers soundtrack is a song called “Season in Hell.” What made me think was more part of the story of the movie than the lyrics and sound, but I still get alot from it.
At the end a producer doesn’t sign his record because he went from rock’n’roll to heavy metal and he says to Eddie, “What, you think your some kind of poet now?”
Sorry for posting twice but- this is pretty awesome too :)
@thebigdipper, another song to check out on that album:
mind-blowing live performance. can’t really hear the samples, but they all talk about the molecular structure of water and how it can respond to human emotion.
also, that toki song is out there. i love it.
@jcassper, Ah i love it. Do you have any other song/artist recommendations? Preferably like this or tokimonsta style, soft lyrics, pure chill instrumentals, mellow, hip hoppy, anything that makes you want to just float in a pool starring at the stars for hours. Let me know yo. Chanks again!
Peace in the dark…
praise the bass, acolytes.
