Anxiety and Spirituality

Ally M (@soulallyxo) 9 years, 7 months ago

I made a video for anyone who suffers with anxiety or depression. The video is just about how I overcame my anxiety with spirituality. I am not advertising anything. Just what worked for me personally. Feel free to ask me any questions.

This is pretty great because you are just so honest about what happened to you. I think maybe you might serve as a person who can help others who are having difficulty transitioning get back on their feet. I know that I have seen a number of posts in my time here that have displayed people with troubles overcoming certain, similar circumstances.

And you’re a sweetheart also <3 Stay awesome!

my whole life has changed so much after i learned about the ideas you talk about. living in the moment and acceptance. i am so happy now and i don’t see who or what can take it away from me. i am so happy for you i know how it feels…i’ve been in two mental hospitals in the past and just a few years later, things that used to upset me so much don’t anymore. why worry about what’s happened in the past? it will only steal happiness and attention from this amazing moment on planet earth that i am living in. i got stuck in traffic the other day in 95 degree weather without an air conditioner and having to pee and just thought the whole thing was freakin hilarious. i’m young….20…guys seem to come and go pretty quick…i used to be so sad about even meetings someone if it didn’t continue, but now i am just happy abut the good times that were had and don’t expect anything. i even see the value in my fathers death, something that used to make me so sad all the time. i think his death gave so much fuel to the passionate fire that is my life now. it’s all how you look at it. :) stay happy girl and spread the word i’m right there with ya.

Hey Ally, Thankyou so much for this website and video. I am 23 years old and suffer from major anxiety attacks. Its starting to take over my life. I saw this post about 3 weeks ago and wrote down the website to look up and order that book. However I lost the note for myself. I just recently was in the hospital again after another bad attack and was feeling pretty low after. I remembered about this blog a couple of days ago and have been trying to find it. Just found it now after searching for most of the day. I am so happy and I hope my experience will be similiar to yours and I can overcome this thing. I am ordering the book right now.
Thank-you so much. You are an inspiration :)
