Recently I’ve been doing break yoga. It combines the basic elements of breakdancing (popping-locking, windmills, freezes, electric boogaloos) and merges them effortlessly into yogic asanas.
I do this every morning and my chakras are instantly aligned mad styles. The feeling of popping out of a tortoiseshell and straight into an inverted tittibhasana (firefly pose) is unreal.
I highly recommend it for anyone looking to unleash some major enlightened thought on their inner b-boy.
How long you been break dancing and popping?
I’m just getting started into popping in general, I’m at the bottom of the barrel at the moment.
