Changing your sleeping habbits

I read these articles about different sleeping habbits which really amazed me , as I have this feeling of being a bit tired all the time , even when I just had a 10 hour sleep last night … one of these articles where about the uberman sleep schedule ,( which consists of six 30 minutes power nap which ads up to 180 minutes of sleep .. the only problem with this is that I go to school at 7 am and arrive at 2 , 3 pm and there is no time for me to sleep in school ( well , we all know what happens if we get caught sleeping during a lesson)
Then I read this article about polyphasic sleep schedule which consists of a 3 hour sleep and three 20 minutes nap ( I found this really good as well but I have no idea how to do it , like how to plan the day with this sleeping routine … Got to go to school at 7 and arrive at home 14:00 and 15:00 …
Is there anyone who could help me or even help me plan this?
ps : sorry if you had a hard time reading my text but I’m not fluent in english , I’m trying my best :)
