Figured I share this life-changing technique with fellow HEthens..
What would you say if I told you there was a technique that was harmless, quick, easy, free and Permanent with regard to eradicating stored negative energies that flow through our bodies, and cause us to be not as emotionally stable as we’d like, or react to things in a manner we wish we didn’t/hadn’t?
You’d say “here’s comes a load of spiritual BS about auras and and other drippy hippy shite” right? So would I normally, as I am a mech. engineer.
Pop science would have you believe psychotropic drugs are the answer to an unhappy mind or disposition, a 1/3 Trillion dollar revenue a year industry for big Pharma, hence the reason everyone has a ‘disorder’ now. There was no ADHDDTDMTPTSD when I was a kid, (I’m now I’m 38). It’s sad that big Pharma has gone unchallenged while duping the planet by peddling these dangerous largely untested powerful mind altering (not in a good way) drugs. We are creating a race of zombies. It’s worth noting that the gunman/men in all recent mass shootings were prescribed psychotropics drugs. Hmmm.
The other widely accepted option is years of expensive counselling/therapy – who’s got time and $$$ for that?
Besides, both these options treat symptoms, not the root of the problem.
E.F.T. stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. Otherwise known as tapping.
I’ll give a brief rundown but would prefer to post links to people’s vids who are better qualified to explain than I am.
The theory (fact) is this: we have energy channels or Meridians in the body. When bad stuff happens to us, a jolt of negative energy is programmed into this meridian and continues to bounce around, up and down for what seems to be forever. It is these energies that go toward making up our personality, or temperament as we know it.
So if you could ‘open a door’ and simply let these negative energies out, they’d be gone, permanently, and you’d be a different person. It’s that simple. Really.
It works on the same premise as acupuncture, but without any needles.
It also looks a little silly, and can be hard to believe it could possibly have any effect, let alone permanent, but it does.
The technique is so powerful that I have burst into tears, thrown up, almost passed out etc when I started tapping at first, (a result of deep negative crap exiting I think) as I had so so much negative crap stored up from a rough childhood.
People also comment about how much I’ve changed in the past few months to a calmer, happier, less impulsive, less moody guy.
It also works on physical ailments, which after all are usually just manifestations of bad/stale/negative energy we carry.

Use this guy’s array of vids to hit the spot you need: http://www.youtube.com/user/eftwizard
(I have downloaded some 70-odd, and keep them on file).
And this is where I started: http://www.youtube.com/user/magnustapping
There are different routines, some use the use the tapping points on the hand, some do not. Some do the humming/eye-rolling bit (to focus the mind), some dont. It’s all good.
The great thing about this technique – it don’t give a shit whether you believe or not, it just works anyway !!
@thereisnobox, Heard of him, and Gary Craig, a pioneer of technique.
Havent checked out either their stuff in detail to be honest.
I don’t know if they sell stuff based on the technique (I think they do), but prefer my emotional/spiritual guidance without a price-tag. :)
@peter770 I learned about EFT about a year ago from a therapist who taught me how to do it and I have also seen some powerful results. I didn’t vomit, but at the time I was having some gnarly tension headaches, which were being caused mostly by emotional hold-ups. After doing some tapping, I felt an immediate reduction in my tension by about 50% which made life much more enjoyable.
I still had to do some other methods to work through my emotional issues nearly completely, but I know for sure the EFT helped. And yes, ha it looks a little silly
@scottbeech, The vomiting thing wasn’t that regular, just once or twice started to gag. It was odd. Yeah I been around the world a few times, seen alot if theories/techniques etc for well being. This and Vipassana meditation are the only two I took too, so I guess it’s a case of what works for the individual.
@peter770, Thank you for sharing this. Despite my skepticism, I tried E.F.T after watching the video you posted because I have had constant anxiety for over a year now. Much to my surprise, it worked incredibly well and I felt peace unlike I had felt for a very long time. I actually cried from the feeling. I’m wondering how it works and if any amount of placebo is involved, but for now I’m claiming this is real.
Thank you so much for sharing.
@waterbuffalo, That made my day.
I too had some powerful emotions when I first started.
It works as described in the vid link I posted. I to is a skeptic, more so than most, but the shiz works, no denying.
It can also be used to attract the positive as well as expel the negative it seems.
Peruse Brad Yates videos (link in OP) to find the issues you want to work on.
Keep tapping man, it’s like peeling layers of the onion ;)
