Earthship community

I believe there is more to life than materialism, nationality, and other evils within society. That is why I am looking to begin an earthship commune. A place wherewe can live sustaining ourselves and each other. Where we have no bills, no waste and live in harmony with the environment. This is a lofty goal but I want’ to be able to start spring 2014. If you have never heard of an earthship then look them up and prepare to have your mind blown. I currently live in colorado so I am thinking of building here, however if I am open to starting this community anywhere. It is very labor intensive and the cost is going to be high (yet about 1/2 to 1/3 the cost of a regular house). But if I told you that if you invest 100000 and 4 months of hard work and then you will receive a house, never have to pay bills, worry about food, about warmth, about hurting the environment and you would live nextto like minded individuals that care about those around them. Would you take that deal? Its a fantasy yes but if we all pool our resources, knowledge, skills, and creativity then any fantasy that we have would come short of truly how amazing thiis could be. If you are interested let me know soon so we can start within 5 months. If you believe in others and believe that we weren’t meant to spend our lives working pointless jobs and destroying this beautiful earth then this is for you ”Be the change you want to see in the world” -Ghandi

Move to the tropics, such as Costa Rica, where you can have a cabin for 2000-3000 dollar, and a piece of land to grow all the food you need for 10000-20000 dollar.

There is many communities around here that you can join. Starting from scratch is not easy, and requires a decent amount of funds, usually.
