eating synthetic food

mcdonalds/energy drinks… just fake foods in general. are we evolving to feed off of non-organic chemically manufactured means of nutrition? if we can survive with out real shit then are we growing in the right direction to rid ourselves of these earthly ties?

you may feel healthy now but wait a few years and your health will deteriorate significantly. people wonder why cancer is so prevalent these days and they are so quick to blame random things and although they might be a factor nobody wants to admit its really the GMOs in our processed food. not to mention the fact that they radiate everything so it has a longer shelf life! i eat entirely organic. i will not eat anything i cannot pronounce. and i have not been sick NOT EVEN ONCE since i changed my diet, even being around others with the flu and colds. that is not luck.. that is a healthy immune system. my suggestion to you is to watch the documentary food inc. it will really open your eyes to what kind of chemicals you are putting in your body.

No, we are not… I think it’s one of the most dangerous illusions to think that fastfood/processed food is healthy for ya (and GMO’s are nooo good!), it’s dangerous to think we can throw out all the organic food and simply just eat the “shitfood”. Look at the overall health of people in the west. It’s not that great. Obesity, cancer, heartdeseases, allergies, and so on. The crappy food has it’s effects.
Our society is not a society based on caring about peoples health and well being, it is a society where it’s only concern is money and power, and more of these. Therefore we have our selves an situation where we promote stuff that’s dangerous/unhealthy simply because it’s profitable. The quality of manufactured foods is only dropping, since it’s about manufacturing the food at a minimal cost so that you can make a better profit of it. It’s not only food, though, it’s everything, really. The pharmaceutical indusry, (since we’re talking about health) for example, is deeply affected by this, too.

Do like, @melissaurban1991, and eat green and organic. You will feel a difference.

** Also, watch some documentaries and read up on nutrition. But be picky of what you chose to “believe”. It’s a lot of bogus crap info out there. Think organic, and you will have a good starting point, though. ☮

This is something I have asked myself in the past…why the hell don´t we evolve to eat shit food? Well, I think we humans will always need some real nutrition even if we do evolve to eat shit, plus food is gettin even shittier faster than we can adapt so….yeah, you should consider other types of diet…and I don´t think there´s an universally good diet so experiment on yourself and get to know what is good for you personally no matter what experts, scientific studies(that contradicts themselves most of the time) or whatever/whoever says.

Of course, it should be based in science but there is science “proof” for whatever you want to believe and there´s good and bad science and good and bad scientists. It´ll be a headache to try to sort out the good from the bad if you don´t have a science base but as long as you keep informing yourself you´ll come to good conclusions.

So don´t precipitate yourself in taking uninformed action, sharpen your instincts and intuition(this is keyer than anything else), and care for your diet.

Anyway, if you are too young eating bad food is not a bad idea because you are going to be exposed to it in the future anyway, so if you never eat shit food your body will not be prepared to handle it…so never eating shit food is bad, eating too much is bad also, the best option I see here is to eat as healthy as you can as you probably will eat a lot of shit before you inform yourself and eat 100% healthy and clean. Which means, get yourself some treats now that you can but minimize bad food as much as possible.

The food industry has taken complete advantage of the general public’s lack of nutritional knowledge. It’s all about money; it’s all business.
Take care of your body, fuel your body the best way possible, and your immune system will take care of you and function the best it can.
You really are what you eat…
@mrheuser, you say that when you are young, eating bad food isn’t a bad idea. You should keep in mind that developing bodies and minds will very much be affected by what is consumed, it just may not be apparent until later in life.
Whole, natural, and organic foods are the way to go!
