Is that something which goes like :” Okay i take all my inner frustrations, sorrows, bad memories, shame and i .. Embrace them ” ?

I think it’s more in the vein of ‘Ok, I feel like the crappiest crap
today, for whatever reason, I feel so bad I feel want to die—so, because
I don’t, really, want to die, although a part of my mind is clearly
sending me those melodramatic signals and, obviously, is suffering for
some reason, I’ll stop trying to force myself not to feel bad, I’ll stop
denying I feel bad, but I’ll also try to stop to perversely amplify the
pain by wallowing in self-pity— and I’ll try, as much as I can, to see
for what it really is, who that person is who feels so down, and, what’s
important, for what reason, as if this was a close friend
suffering—I’ll just shut up, give that persona a warm and cuddly hug and
just sit there for them in silence, not trying to fix it but just be
there as a companion and allow the pain die away on its own, and not
fuel it any further.’ Not an easy task, sometimes, though—much easier
said than done—but worthwhile, I guess, when it works.

There is no Eastern Philosophy and there are no Western teachers. The truth is the other way around, and therein is the distortion.
