hey everyone i’ve been working out for a while and i was wondering are there any feel-good stretches that i can do before or after working out that will make me feel great?
try some yoga :) there’s an abundance of information on the web and also in books. as well, I hope some people on here have some great links. I’m looking for some yoga info if any of you have some to share :)
Not a video but I would think it’s one of the more descriptive pages on the Rite exercises. I actually got the idea to start the exercises from a few HEthens on here…They recommended it and I have been doing it since. Love them.
I also have to agree with Martijn…Yoga is probably the best thing to do overall.
