This has to do with Physical health and eating habits.

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO RANT.

Anyone else having problems hitting that “2 week mark”!?

I am and have been for a few months now. My mental health is boosting daily but I feel that if I implemented DAILY exercise it would help me overcome that daily weighted down feeling. I want to be light on my toes again and sleep well.
