Funny/interesting/different places to go?

Hey guys!

So I was thinking of places to go that are different and fun like a day trip. Somewhere to go with a close friend or a date or something like that.

…I couldnt think of ANYTHING. Any ideas? I was thinking somewhere that isnt a vacation, but is far enough away from what you see everyday to be considered one. Something different from the typical crap!

World’s biggest ball of paint. Here in indiana :D hahahaha Its not that interesting but if u drive thru this area you might as well.

And there is this huge pit in southern indiana somewhere that was a quarry i think…well anyways it has a whole bunch of diving points that are really high from the water. I haven’t seen it myself but my dad was describing it to me because he drove by there a lot.

Go to the top of a really big building and just watch the little ants busily walking in circles, in the same daily routine over and over.

The Shedd aquarium in Chicago is beautiful :)

Fishing trips! Go rent a boat and an inner tube and go tubin’. Or deep sea fishing (really its not that far out, just beyond land-view). you can see whales and dolphins sometimes when you do that.

Hiking could be fun. especially if you are “roughing it” haha.

Times square? I’ve never been to new york so I’m not really sure what to do there but there is BOUND to be more to do there than in rural indiana, lol. I hope this helps a little.

I live in Indiana and have never heard of the big ball of paint! I also live in Southern Indiana and don’t know about the “pit”.

Hmm, well its not called ‘the pit’ but i know it’s somewhere south. I can’t remember the name but I know it isn’t that… It might be in Kentucky, I’m not sure.
It’s huge O_O haha

Does this place need to be relatively close to NY or anywhere in the US?
