Good evening everybody

This is a great site so I’ve decided to join.
I love improving my life as much as possible and trying to be the best me, so i study psychology and philosophy for fun, and thats how i stumbled upon this site.
My other hobbies are weightlifting (not bodybuilding), boxing, meditation, juggling and watching movies. Good, classical, high quality movies i mean. Not ”meet the spartans” or ”white chicks” or any of that crap.
I like plan big. I’m entering university in a few months, but my plan is to get some money or start some business before I graduate University. I don’t want to have a job as a civil engineer and work for someone. I want to go entrapreneur. I don’t know how im gonna do that, but i will.
Oh and… My name is Stefan and im 18 :)

Peace

SNATCH!!! only movie i ever watched twice in a row

Steven I do jiu jitsu for fun, I hate weightlifting tho! Whenever I go hard the soreness is like nothing else, it’s debilitating! lol how do you pump yourself up to do it? Seems like you have some serious motivation. What’s your secret?

Hmmm i’d say one of the greatest. It’s impossible for me to choose less than 5 greatest. White chicks was a movie i heard about and watched 213124 times. Pretty funny, but not great:p

Firstly, don’t weight lift for over 45 minutes per session. N00bs will tell you to stay 2 hours in the gym, and thats the way you should do it. But those n00bs are wrong, and are wasting their time.
Secondly, you gotta get used to the soreness. When I started properly, atleast one of my muscles were sore for a continuous month, because i went from 3x a week to 5x a week hardcore mode (around 30-45 mins per session). Improvements were epic, and I wasn’t sore anymore. From then on, it was a habit to work out and really never again made excuses or was lazy to work out. I liked it. If i was stressed, id come out of the gym happyyy:p
Then i stopped for a 1.5 months and when I restarted now, I get so damn sore again. But its getting better.
Make sure you set yourself a good routine (depending on your goals), and healthy nutrition is very important. A very cold shower will also help the soreness.
