In approximately 2 weeks I will be preparing a splendid pizza from scratch. It will have all of the fixins, including mushrooms.(Which I hate texturely, thus the pizza.) Haha.. You are all invited to my apartment to partake in this grand delicacy. If you dont I will be forced to EAT THE ENTIRE THING BY MYSELF! Which is something the neighbors may not want. Haha..
@lytning91, Haha yeah in central Texas. I dont think there are many here from this area but the invitation is out there. Grew the shrooms myself too and they are jumping by leaps and bounds every time I look at them. So I am excited now and want to share the opportunity..
No not exactly. I got a kit from a shop and the spores are definitely from Thailand. But I dont think it specified in english. So looking at the dvd that came with the kit I have gotten it down to those two strains. Im pretty confident in their nontoxicity though. Ill do the bruising test and stuff too.
@lytning91, The kit was about 100( I know I could have done it for next to nothing) but it was a good system that didnt involve any sanitizing. Just had to shake a bag, wait 3 weeks, pour that bag in the soil, shake that bag, wait 4 weeks. So for me it was ideal because Im super busy. And it looks like if I were into that sort of thing I could more than recoup the money invested. Its going to be a big harvest.
@danfontaine, Yeah it would be cool.. No not really any advice here.. just make sure you look at them alot because that always makes it seem like its happening faster than it really is. But as far as pizza making goes.. Roll the crust over some cheese so you can have STUFFED CRUST!
@danfontaine, Yeah who knows what will happen it doesnt seem like ill have any takers anyways so I may eat a few then do the alcohol extraction thing and take little shroom shots. But not at the same time.. Who knows. Yeah I think its sort of like spreading your love or energy to them. And its like, +1cm, check.
