I have been enjoying reading the interesting ideas expressed on this website and online community. Many of the topics raised here I find fascinating, and I enjoy experiencing what unique thoughts and solutions you all come up with.
My question is, how do you motivate yourself to make the changes you feel you want for your life? I feel I have been stuck in a bit of a rut, with a number of things I want to change about my lifestyle, thought processes, and goals, and yet not finding the willpower to actually take action on them?
What have you all found that helps spur you into action?
