Work out and force the release of endorphins.

For me it used be talk to the girl I love more than anything or lay in her arms. But unfortunately she left me, so now I’m reliant on myself to find ways to be happy and de-stress.

Find someone worse off and either laugh at or help them. Either one seems to work just fine.

I don’t even know when I’m stressed, though. People say I must be, and I look at them with teary eyes and disdain as they fail to unload their life worries on my humpback.

@theskafish, usually I keep my emotions in check, but sometimes I can get to that ticking time bomb stage.

Have you seen past the second season? I’ve heard that the newer seasons aren’t as good.

working out a bit every day keeps me in a pretty good mood, especially running. i read somewhere about a cool eskimo custom in which a person who was feeling angry would walk away from the village and once they had walked off there anger and felt fine, they would make some kind of mark in the snow to show the strength of their anger

@conpassione, Hmm, it’s been a while since I’ve actually seen it. I think I may have, but I don’t remember. Maybe I’ve only seen the first two. Either way, that show has yet to disappoint me.
