From a long time I’m looking to do something and even trying to begin with new habits, but I fail everytime. I crash like a dead leaf from a tree. Please suggest ways to be right on track moderately easily.
Establish a routine, but ensure it doesn’t turn into a rut. So for example, I started eating breakfast every morning. Then I started eating healthy every morning. Baby steps. Instead of trying to start eating healthy breakfast, first I started with just breakfast. Then when I had established that habit, I began a new one. I started doing push ups. I started with doing 10. Then 15. Then 25. Now I’m up to 65. Just establish the habit. The results will come later.
Start with incorporating easier habits before harder ones. Once you see that you have succeeded then you will be encouraged to incorporate more healthy habits, and it will be a domino effect. For example, before trying something big like “I will be healthy–I will go vegetarian and exercise every day for 30 min”, you can try “I will not eat more than one donut/pastry per week.” Depends…what kind of new habits are you wanting to form?
