Humans: Endangered Species

Our world is changing. Things are beginning to stir in our environment and in our souls. We are on the brink of something big. Our societies are running blind on a path towards environmental destruction. We have fallen to the illusions of wealth and power and have forgotten the meaning of our existence. Only when the consequences hit us in the face will we decide to change radically. It will be too late. We will be stripped down to our cores. This is when we will shift. We will work together with a new appreciation. We will understand that everything is interconnected. We will rebuild with this in the forefront of our minds. We will have reached the next level in consciousness. We will have tapped in to our full energy potential. We can only imagine then what we as mankind will be able to reach.

@kyle27, As I agree with everything you just wrote, this is not the first time this has happened. Think back to the ancient civilizations up to about 500 AD and some beyond, they exemplified these same traits we as a civilization are lacking. There is a tremendous shift occurring and it has been well under way for some time now, and that shift is humans recognizing the lost ways of thinking. We have come so far with technological advancements in the past two decades that it is unreal, yet we’re lacking the integrity in our lives to really advance. Even by posting this, i’m sure you have recognized there’s something messed up about this world. It’s a world of hate gone completely awry, our morals are lopsided, our view of the world is obscured and fraught with illusion and delusion, we seem to be on a treadmill of extreme disparity for what’s better, not whats now, we spend our lives whisked away in work, ignoring our health and our relationships.

A lot of people i’ve spoken with do not support a world where equality is what matters, and it doesn’t. There’s an advantage of having the more intellectually inclined persons go farther than, let’s say, french friers? What does matter is that everyone is taken care of, accounted for, and be given the necessities to have an equal opportunity of potential at life. And that takes a collective consciousness, a moral upright perception of the world. For me, I have little to no money, I’m a college kid who’s terrible at budgeting money, yet I find it easy to give money to those who need it more than I do. It’s not what we can do, it’s what we’re willing to put forward, it’s the intent of our acts that will change the minds of this tribe under the sun. Everyone understands that we’re all connected, that’s a fact of life and we know it just by being born, its just we’re taught throughout our lives to suppress those kinds of exploratory thoughts and stay busy with work or school and more work, it’s that way by design. Those who are in control do not want competition; A smart mind is dangerous.

I believe that it’s not just to imagine what life could be like because that’s just it, it’s a dream. I believe that it’s time to focus on making that a reality right now, to work today is to build tomorrow.
