Is like when you feel that you are not doing something for the future or maybe there has being a lots of time wasted.
Be content with small changes, man. They’re easier to manage than shifting into a whole new lifestyle. First figure out what it would look like if you were the person you wanted to be. Now imagine what that person’s lifestyle would be like that allows them to maintain such a high standard in personal achievement . And finally, start taking steps toward that lifestyle.
You could just start all at once, but you’d need to have a pretty specific plan. And it’s obviously hard to do, emotionally even. If you want a good place to start, I strongly recommend meditating for at least 15 minutes and taking a cold shower each day for starters. These are easy to stay on top of and benefit you in ways that will make progression into your ideal lifestyle all the more easy.
Start trying every sport out there. You do something good for your body, get social, and learn things. I’m currently in boxing phase. Last term I was in rock climbing and yoga phase (going to continue with yoga). I’ll give ju-jitsu a shot as well since this gym has one membership for all classes.
