I was listening to binaural beats in bed on headphones last week. I got up to go to the bathroom before I went to sleep for the night and I’m my very dimly lit room I saw my vision through what appeared to be a hexagonal or honeycomb type mesh. Almost 2 dimensional. I sat and looked left and right in somewhat of disbelief for a total of about 10-15 seconds and once I rubbed my eyes it was gone. It was the most odd visual I’ve ever had, other than the standard purple or gold etc hazes during the meditation itself. Is this a thing of just my brain playing tricks on me. It’s never happened before in 25 years of mediation.
