Improving your eye sight naturally

Has anyone ever experienced naturally improving your eye sight?

It was originated as the Bate’s method, which was started in the early 20th century and now there are many books and articles about how to use methods like energy movement to the eyes. Very interesting stuff and I recommend people research into it.

I was wondering if anyone has had/knows anyone that has had success with natural eye sight improvement techniques.

i dont maximize the videos i watch. i can focus a lot more on youtube sized videos with out expanding… i feel like the bigger the picture is(depending on how far we are from screen) the less our eyes have to focus and the less our eyes get a work out, ultimately causing eye sight loss… i try to keep reading/see’ing material at a comfortable distance in which its not too big or small… not sure if this helps anything, i feel it helps me.

good points. I’ve heard that carrots help your eyesight in some way.

I personally have poor long distance vision. It’s a result of reading and video games on a small screen. I can focus and help my eyes, but I agree with @josephm that seeing things at a comfortable distance and not overdoing screen reading like tv, computer, phone, can help your eyes in the long run.
