Inspiration/Motivation Tips

From the popularity I got on the site from the other thread (On consciousness and the reality we live in, being a holographic projection etc)
, I thought this community would be a good place to get ideas,tips on motivation and inspiring tips. When I feel low, down, need something to feel excited about or look forward to, its good to have a source of motivation.

Right now I’m using images and quotes, I think it’s one of the best, but open for input!

This is the link, , any advice on changes would be great, and maybe people would like to contribute their ideas and own creations, that would be cool !

Best way is to do it with your mind. Takes some practice but it will be useful for the rest of your life.

Feeling down? Throw your fist in the air and shout “Yeah!” Didn’t work? Excuses, do it again until it works. Or you could clap your hands, or jump. Or just put on a smile. There are hundreds of ways. After getting used to this you can internalize it more and more until you can do it with nothing but your mind.

Be proactive, decide your own mood no matter what.

Also, make a habit of watching motivational videos (way better than images.) Like, let’s say you have a certain playlist of motivational videos (use youtube) then you should set ut a routine of watching through the whole list once a day. Maybe right after you wake up.

Make a vision board, get images of all the things you want in your life and put them on the vision board and just look at it every now and then througout the day. This is motivating. Also, you could write down short “mottos” or whatever you wanna call em and put on your walls.

Also, meditate. And be healthy. And fuck a lot.

Yes meditation is the biggest factor to this.

FOr inspiration to arise one my quiet the mind, our thoughts, and only through medidation can you allow consciousness to be present, to be here and now, to let in inspiration from the divine source of light and love.

Joy and bliss is simply your consciousness being present at anytime.

Simpyl force yourself to be RIGHT HERE, feel your senses, concentrate on the smell, the sight, the sounds, and be here now. Try this for at least 2 minutes and you will see the jow and bliss enter your being for no apparent reason.

This is true joy, one which is not attached to the external.

Just tell yourself all is good and will be good. Force that thought on yourself tot he point where it’s almost delusional. At some point, it’ll stop being just a thought, because the degree to which you are positive will have already pushed you to improve your life.

Action is key. When you get the inspired feeling, act mediately on the thing that you are inspired about.

Also, inspiration is an ongoing process, it doesn’t just come and stay, it has to be fuelled otherwise it’ll just burn out.

@daniel That’s why it’s key to be proactive and draw inspiration from within. Inspiration from outside is borrowed, it’s limited and will be used up. Inspiration from within is stable and doesn’t run out.

And I repeat, when it comes to inspiration sex is top quality fuel.

Great Point.

Inspiration is from within, it only comes through when you move aside your internal limiting beliefs and have less moments of doubt and lack.

Influence however is the spark to inspiration, and through this I truly believe inspiration has it’s source in the external.

However, the external is really the internal, so you are right.
