Its extremely fractal.
Ever knowtice how the distance between stars and planets in and between galaxies is proportionally similar to the distance between neutrons and protons in and between atoms?
And how tree limbs look like cardiovascular paths in our lungs?
How awesome is that.
I have a somewhat outrageous theory…
In regard to mushrooms. Why are they so life changing to humans? Why are they such a reset?
I think it was Rogan (or someone else) who related the human species to mushrooms. Or spores. The mold on the proverbial sandwich.
So our view of mold/spores/mushrooms/viruses/disease, is they spread without something stopping it. Kinda like us…?
**thinking out loud here, and I may not be the most educated person here, so bare with me..**
I think we are mushrooms. We came from mushrooms? They have such a profound impact on us! Why?
In life, the Universe wants for us what we want. It’s the path of least resistance, no? To lean into faith, things will just flow. Everything we want can be, if we stop sabotaging ourselves. Spending so much time thinking about things we don’t want anymore, being angry, not loving ourselves, etc etc etc, plugging up our proverbial river, or pipes. Or being the bleach that kills the mold. Stops it dead in its tracks.
This is so hard to convey…
us = spreading = existing = spores = flow of life and the Universe
hate + anger + self loathing = anti-virus = end of your existence
Anyone on my page? Or even in my book?
@jayde, Going on that- this one time I was tripping in the woods, I was sitting down and I grabbed a piece of wood in front of me. It was really soft and it kinda fell apart from the pressure of my thumb and fingers. The way it pulled apart though, looked and felt exactly like a mushroom pulls apart. The texture was just exactly similar. I thought it would be interesting if we learned that trees are also a type of mushroom.
But, psychedelics like mushrooms or caapi, aren’t just consumed by humans. Perhaps humans are the only ones to receive life changing experiences, but other animals such as Tigers and Reindeer also consume these plants, seemingly to enjoy them too!
In fact there is a theory about where Santa Claus came from regarding all of this.
So, 1000s of years ago, our drug of choice was psychedelics. In fact, from what I know, we used to trip back then the way people get drunk now. They developed a system where they created an event to gather the mushrooms in the forest. They would bring out a big sack and fill them will all the mushrooms, poisonous or not. When they got back, they would empty, and sort out the Good (presents) from the bad (coal)- They would distribute the good ones and consume them, and give the poisonous ones to the Reindeer (because they weren’t poisonous to them).
Now, when you trip, the shit kinda condenses and releases when you pee. You can theoretically drink your piss when tripping to trip harder…but anyways, the humans would chill and trip with the reindeer, but when the reindeer pissed, the humans would drink the piss, because the condensed mushroom in pee form isn’t poisonous.
So they’d have a great time, be jolly, and probably trip hard enough to see the reindeer fly, or come up with other crazy ideas. I mean, we are talking about communities of people tripping together. Just imagine if your entire block was tripping at the same time…yeah.
Actually that idea could lead into a lot of things, such as consciousness evolution through psychedelics. The idea that mythologies come from our psychedelic ancestry. Maybe a new psychedelic drug will be discovered or created and reshape the human evolutionary path.
@jayde, you cool (⌐■_■)
@hollowinfinity, Lol that’s awesome. I’d totally drink reindeer piss if it had psilo in it, whomikiddin?
Conscious evolution through psychedelics is definitely a possibility in my mind. True religion, reuniting with the roots, conversing with the self to end destruction sensed as pain. When you trip, pain is unbearable – you are forced to let go of it lest you become physically ill. Thoughts?
