Hi everyone. I apologize in advance for the very long post, I just wanted to get some advice. I used to be experience frequent lucid dreams since I was a kid, very wild imagination, and has decreased over time and I was getting older. I normally sleep on my stomach, as it is easier for my body to relax and it is quite comfortable. I have been for the past few months trying to rekindle my relationship with LD. Attempted guided meditation audios that worked for a while, but totally fail now. So I went back to how it was natural to me, relaxing while meditating and focusing on my breathing. It takes way longer but I eventually get there. Last week, I was falling asleep and accidentally projected half my body. As I was being engulfed by the vibration state, my space heater sounded strange, like an amplified echo that sounded almost robotic, I became aware that it was happening. However, since I was on my stomach, it was truly hard to think of a way to “pull myself out” while facing down. I calmed down, exhale, and imagined myself floating, it worked! But for only bottom half of my body, from my waist down, I was suspended by my feet, literally floating there for a very long time, and no matter what I did. i could not release the rest of my body. I tried sending signals for my upper body, but nothing worked. Last night, the same dilemma, have any of you experienced this, and how can I avoid getting stuck?
